Delivery

COVID-19 Delays:

Due to the current COVID-19 situation there may be a delay of additional 2-3 weeks on top of usual delivery schedules.

Free Shipping on orders over $1,500

2dogs3cats offers free delivery in Hong Kong for orders over HK$1500 within 1 - 4 business days (more) depending on your location. Once your payment is confirmed and we will dispatch your order in the next 24 to 48 hours. Please note, this can take longer during weekend and public holiday.

Once your order has left us, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow its progress.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective.
